I am a product of Texas born and raised and consider it an honor. With the exception of 8 years in the 70’s I have been fortunate to live in the Central Texas towns of Austin, Georgetown and over 10 years in Comanche. My wife Sharon is the proud owner of the finest gift boutique anywhere called Wonderful Things. It is because of Sharon that I can call Comanche my home. We married 10 years ago and I moved to Comanche. Comanche has made great strides in recent years to make our town a destination for tourists and continue to work to attract new businesses. The real estate business provides the opportunity to show possible newcomers the benefits to living in Comanche. At Central Texas Realty Mart I am privileged to be associated with a group of agents and brokers that always put the needs of the customer first. Texas and Comanche, it doesn’t get any better.
Molly was born and raised here in the Comanche area and has operated a successful coastal & sudan farm plus raised cattle. Molly enjoys meeting people and has over 15 years experience in real estate working with both buyers and sellers. Stop by and visit with Molly, she will work hard to find that perfect property or get your property sold!
I have lived in Comanche County all my life growing up in the Eastern part of the county near Lamkin. My family farmed and ranched in that area for over a hundred years. I graduated from Hamilton ISD in 1969 and then went to college at the University of Tulsa on an athletic scholarship my freshman year. I then transferred, and graduated from Tarleton State University in 1973. I managed a registered beef cattle operation for Reinhardt Enterprises while attending college and until 1975. I took the opportunity to teach Agriculture Science at Gustine High School for three years. In 1978, I went to work for Gore's Incorporated, a large dairy farming and feed operation. This gave me an awesome opportunity to be a part of developing a nationally known registered herd of Holstein cattle through embryo transfer. In 1993, I started my own Dairy operation. In 2000, I began my real estate career with First Call Realty. Our family also had a equine breeding and training business until 2013.
After marrying Gloria Hoherz in 1971, we reared our four children -Jana, Dana, Tonya, and Brett here in Comanche. My personal interests and hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping and riding in the back country. I have had a lifelong investment in farming, ranching and real estate in Comanche County. As a Realtor and now as a Broker, I have had the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers of farms, ranches, homes, and commercial properties.
